For both conceptual and functional design needs, our design and estimating team will develop a working model of the materials and costs required to bring your design to reality. We can help you anticipate both the structural and budget impacts of design modifications, like floor plan revisions, to provide an efficient and timely decision-making tool. Our staff are experienced users of the MiTek software platform.

Timely and accurate material lists and quote

From your building plan, we will accurately prepare your lumber and material takeoff in a timely manner to determine each component required. Our portfolio of framing takeoffs includes single- and multi-family residential homes and light commercial builds. Based on clients’ needs, we will include truss, floor and wall systems. Integrity Building Products will also perform MTOs for project-based requests like garages, decks and fences.

Professional delivery of materials on site and on time

Our professional drivers will deliver your order to the job site safely and on time, with the right equipment for efficient material handling. Our extensive fleet allows for flat rate in-town delivery, full truckload, hotshot, both moffett and crane offload options as well as tight site capabilities.

COR certified and a safety culture

We carry the Certificate of Recognition (COR) as an occupational health and safety accreditation that verifies a fully implemented health and safety program which meets national standards. We work safely and mitigate the risks involved with the transportation and handling of building materials.
